Once your student is set to leave for their mobility, you should make sure that the student writes down some main goals. This way, he/she can take the most out of their mobility.

Exercise:
=> Have a look at chapter 5.2.3 mobility monitoring.
You can use this chapter to let your student work through it before the mobility or you can use the content to create your own way how the student can engage with their goals.

DURING THE MOBILITY:

  • Make sure your student monitors his or her progress throughout the mobility. 
  • Ideally, you should plan check-up meetings with the student to ask about the monitoring process. Either you can schedule online meetings to talk about it - if you do this, you can add the meeting days to your timetable from chapter 5.4.2 - or you can tell your student to send you a written document about the monitoring.
