    Introduction

    We are experiencing the rise of a global culture in which people are connected and able to exchange ideas and information better than ever before.

    As a perpetuous human phenomenon, migration happens everyday for different reasons. Instantaneous communication and social media are creating networks of contacts who would never otherwise have had a chance to connect. 

    Education is expanding, music and films cross national borders, and state-of-the-art technology affects us all. 

    In this world, an understanding of what culture is and how it happens, can set the foundation for acceptance of differences and respectful disagreements.

    Each of the following 4 training modules are divided into different units of learning through which the participants can gain knowledge, practise skill and develop attitudes on the topics foreseen.

    In each unit you will find:

    • An interactive presentation ( theoretical content, multimedia resources and quizzes)
    • A hands-on activity 
    • A final self-assessment test for each unit and module

    For each Module you can:

    • Use the interactive presentations as a roadmap following the instructions that will guide you through the learning activities.

    • Start from the learning element you want and create your own learning path.
